Luau's is a classic burger joint that does things right. Their burgers ar very good and bring back nostalgia. Great brisket. Definitely worth a try.
Great place with delicious burgers and fries. Your traditional mom and pop place. One of Mission's best burger places. They also have fish and chicken. Highly recommend! I like to call in my order before I get there.
Best old fashion Burgers you can get. Better tasting than Starlights and will actually fill you up. Monster burgers are the bomb!!
If you're in South Texas and in the mood for a fresh grilled burger, hey this place is perfect. This is another one of my "Daylight Specials" as in "you wouldn't catch me here after dark". Hell they probably don't even open after dark. Back to the burger, they got a single a double and a triple. Double chez combo costs about $5-$6, they grill it as you order. Man it was good. Get the jalapeno on the side, no charge. Yeah. Not sure what the "Luau" is all about, didn't see any Kalua Pork on the menu or lomi salmon. But I'd go back again for lunch. Yes and outdoor seating only.

The Luau is a Mission institution, dare I say a Valley institution. Been there forever and a day. My grandparents and great grandparents have eaten at this establishment and the food is just as good today as it was then. I have now taken my daughters to eat at the Luau making 4 generations that have visited. I hope it sticks around so they take their grandchildren here someday. If your in Deep South Texas spot by, you won't regret it.
